Unclean,blood stain on comforter, old candy on floor, and unfriendly staff

The best thing about the hotel is its location.

rooms are just average. breakfast is below average. value is not there for the price paid.

Close to restaurants and interstate

Carpets very worn and stained. Elevator was loud and hot. General appearance was that the facility was in need of an upgrade.

For being a new hotel I was not satisfied. Coffee maker did not work, remote did not work right and the shower head was not attached to the wall. They did not honor there 100% guarantee with me. When I checked out she didn't care

All staff were very friendly and helpful.

All of the staff was very nice and inviting. They seemed happy to meet you.

They hotel looked nothing like the pictures. Nearly everything was either old or in need of repair. The hotel desperately needs some serious renovations!

We initially stayed here 8 years ago and were thoroughly pleased with our stay then. We thought we would come back again. We checked in, and immediately after doing so started noticing things like broken smoke detectors throughout the facility, emergency lights that were broken and barely hanging by their wires. When we walked into our room, we noticed holes punched in the bathroom door, carpet that was dirty, bad smells from the room, I could go on and on. My wife and myself felt like it was not safe to stay here, so we immediately turned around and went looking for another place to stay, we didn't are if we lost our first night's payment.

Excellent use of space. Spacious rooms. Kitchenette. Cooking and eating utensils. Friendly staff. Quiet. Toilet was running tho. it really didn't bother us...we just shut it off.

Friendly staff. Hotel and room were clean. Quiet, safe location. Microwave and refrigerator in the room was a big plus.

The lobby smelled really musty. I don't know if it was the chlorine from the pool or something else, but it wasn't pleasant.

Had to change rooms, bad toilet, phone didn't work, wifi didn't work... Moved to new room, pee on back of toilet, tv didn't work, hallway bad musty smell.

Location and accommodations were perfect for us.

The meat options for breakfast was disappointing. Good old pork sausage or bacon, along with gravy and biscuit is more our speed. 😋

Location was the only plus to staying in this hotel.

General manager of the hotel was very rude to guest when making a complaint about something in the hotel room. A complaint was made about the water drainage issue in the bathroom. No one was ever sent to look at or fix the issue. Worst hotel stay ever!

I have no complaints about anything regarding the hotel, the only negative thing about my stay was the heat and humidity in the area. It was hot!!!

The stay was overall pretty good, the comfort of the bed wasn't the best. The pillows and the mattress were both uncomfortable.

The staff from the concierge to the cleaning and maintenance folks were friendly and courteous. The rooms are very spacious and immaculate. The complimentary breakfast is superior to many hotels we have stayed in. Hyatt Place is our priority hotel when traveling. Excellent for family or singles or couples.

I always enjoy staying at the Hampton's Hotels. The only thing is I miss having clean sheets daily. I will stay again and always recommend the Hampton's to family and friends.

Place was run down. Pool was not open on Saturday and no maintenance man was on duty to rectify situation. I left early. Didn't stay second nite!!! Will not go back!!!

Location was right off of a major thruway and on shopping center grounds. The hotel was new and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Restaurant was great. All in all...a winner. Would definitely stay there again.

Lots of truckers apparently use the facility at night due to it's price and location just off the interstate. However, that presented no problem at all on two separate stays.

The location was nice and close to our destination of Graceland. The price was fair and the service was great.

Microwave started on fire, but called staff and they replaced it right away. Computer in business center very slow, but it was nice to be able to check email.

Room comfort and price. A short stay, (overnight), so the room accessories, kitchen,etc. were not needed but they could be a valuable consideration for a longer stay.

Breakfast selections. Condsidering the room price, it the breakfast choices were reasonable. Compaired to other similar hotels in the area, the breakfast arrangement would be considered as meager.

We did not stay the night. Room was musty and reeked of smoke as well. Building is in a state of disrepair and we were panhandled on the way in. We changed clothes and went to my high school reunion, went back and packed and drove 2 1/2 hours home during the night rather than stay there. The room was not particularly clean. There was not even a chain lock much less a deadbolt on the door, only the card key lock. I did not feel safe there.
