The location was good, We had the most issue with the rooms, They smell not clean, it took three room changes to get one that was tolerable. Ordered housekeeping on day three out of five and no one showed up. We called for towels and they did bring them up promptly. For the price per night they charge we found this unacceptable and would not recommend.

Pros (+) As somebody who is in the service industry I am hard to please however my fiancé and I had a fantastic stay. Rooms were clean and lovely and the shampoo was by Paul Mitchell which is also a plus! Check out was also easy everybody was completely hospitable & friendly. Walkable to everything.
Cons (-) The hallway was wayyyy colder than it was outside. ( I am always cold but it was downright chilly!)

Pros (+) We appreciated the location, the spacious and modern-looking room, the great pool and hot-tub AND the great food, which was a nice bonus.
Cons (-) The AC unit was a bit finicky in the room...couldn't quite get it to stay a the desired temperature, but that's a personal thing and very minor.

Pros (+) Very, very nice room! Well appointed in every aspect! Twin bunk beds were a huge hit with the kids! Bathroom was absolutely ideal for family with kids- 2 sinks in central area, 1 room with huge walk in shower, 1 area on opposite side of bathroom with tub and shower combo. Getting ready in morning was SO much faster and much less hassle. Parking garage was so neat and clean, valet and bell staff he...
