Pros (+) Location was convenient for our trip.
Cons (-) The bathroom was deplorable and backed up on us 3 times. Our last night there we had no toilet. The dead bolt on the lock was sticking on the door. The coffee maker was broken and the staff had to replace it.

Cons (-) They didnt give us the room we originally booked our reservation for, but made it up by giving us a credit to make up for the downgrade.

Pros (+) The inn staff were beyond nice and helpful. They were ready to help as soon as you entered he inn.
Cons (-) The room we had was not nice (it was cleaned) and the door did not close perfectly, so there was a constant noise throughout the day and night (ringing like). The bed was stiff and pillows were not comfortable.

Pros (+) Staff is friendly, helpful, the rooms were clean, bed comfy, and the free breakfast was good.
Cons (-) Outdoor hallways and hearing people run upstairs. Limited privacy because cars are right outside door.

Pros (+) Good option for families wanting to stay together in suites. Cost for suite was reasonable. Nice, clean suites and comfortable bedding. Great, warm complimentary breakfast daily. Two FREE parking spots included!!
Cons (-) Location from entrance of Disney. Quite a walk especially if you're already tired from walking the park all day long with children. But the ART bus drops you off and picks you up within the property if you're willing to pay for tickets.
