Cons (-) Door locks and key cards had issues. Had to have maintenance called twice during stay.

Pros (+) Great set up. From the heated pool and spa. Thought the fire place was an amazing, touch and just minutes from downtown St. Augustine.
Cons (-) Felt the food was a bit pricey. I can understand breakfast not being included but complimentary coffee would have been nice.

Cons (-) Bed was OK . Outlets on both sides of the bed were worn out !!! They are loose and will not hold an electrical plug securely. This is a major problem for my wife who uses a CPAP machine for sleeping. If the connection is loose the CPAP machine can stop functioning. The Direct TV was uselesss !!. Thursday night and no signal for ESPN Thurs night Football , and no signal for College football. This m...

Pros (+) The pool was nice and so was the room. Nice big bathroom . The hotel is in a pretty good spot. Most attractions are within a short drive and there are a quite a few restaurants within walking distance
Cons (-) The bathroom was dirty even after I asked housekeeping to clean it. The floors were badly in need of vacuuming

Pros (+) The location and services (coffee bar, light food) were excellent. The staff was courteous and very eager to please. The pool area and workout room were well maintained. One block walk to a beautiful beach and walking distance to restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.
Cons (-) Housekeeping staff needs to vacuum better
