Anonymous, Dec 2015 - World Golf Village Renaissance St. Augustine Resort
Pros (+) The staff were accommodating, and we were treated to a complimentary dessert and sparkling wine as a treat for the last day of our honeymoon. The room was nearly perfect excepting a broken.smoke detector. The fitness facility was amazing.
Cons (-) The resort clientele appeared below the standards to which the hotel aspires. In addition, the check-in process was slow. The contemporary or "virtual" terminals were not sufficient. Finally, the resort would benefit from a few more onsite amenities such as a second restaurant or bar area and indoor pool. As a member of the Marriott family, excellent models abound.
