Pros (+) Breakfast was not given due to COVID19 thou it was a BIG BUMMER but of course 100% will come back HAMPTON INN is the best
Cons (-) Nothing!!!!!! My family friends always look forward in staying with you all Tom and the Manager are fabulous people to talk too I am bad with name I apologize in not mention him but I was greeted by him every day

Pros (+) This location is near the beach and near the town. A short walk across the parking lot gets you to the beach. Shuttle gets you to the town. It’s clean, comfortable and the staff are cheerful, courteous and always helpful.
Cons (-) They need more luggage carts.

Cons (-) The bed was definitely subpar to what i normally get at hamptons inn. It is unfortunate because the confortable beds is a main trademark at this franchise

Pros (+) The cleanliness and location is perfect time to enjoy the beach and downtown St. AUGUSTINE
Cons (-) Unable to switch a standard room to a room with a balcony for the price difference (rooms on first floor by pool appeared vacant). The reason stated was because we booked through "on-line travel site."

Pros (+) Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great. Cookies in the afternoon! Short walk to a beautiful beach.
Cons (-) We weren't able to see the ocean from our room, but we had a beautiful courtyard view!

Pros (+) The bed was comfortable. They had directv. The had breakfast options but not many healthy ones.
Cons (-) The toilet was leaking and running all night we woke up to toilet water all over the bathroom floor. They had the service room doors open everywhere. I know they do laundry and clean but I don't need to be standing by the door waiting for the elevator hearing the staff talking trash while they are folding sheets or seeing shelves of supplies as I accidentally turn the wrong way off the elevator.
