The hotel rooms were very clean and updated. Bed was super comfy. I also liked the fact we had a small balcony to let some fresh air in. Nothing !
Staff ... from beginning to end ... made a full and successful effort to make sure the room, the stay and all else was excellent. Truly outstanding ... way beyond what I expected.
Overall it was very pretty pleasant but they did not come for room service and some of the furniture is a bit worn however it was clean
The free breakfast buffet was great and also the BBQs were nice to be able to use as well Only complaint was that the beds weren't very comfortable
1) When we entered the room the A/C was on. We tried to increase the temp at the thermostat. The temp outside was in the 40s. Setting the thermostat at 84 didn't change the temp of the air coming out of the A/C unit. We mentioned this to the clerk at the registration desk. She asked someone to check it for us. Someone came up. We explained the situation to her. She looked at the thermostat, shrugged her shoulders and left without doing anything. 2) For dinner they didn't provide any napkins or silverware. We needed to ask for it. 3) For breakfast they directed us to the buffet. We asked for a menu and ordered off that as it was substantially cheaper.
Great location about 30 mins from two airports The restaurant is pretty good Very clean and nice rooms One of the staff at the front desk was too nonchalant. Asked him for towels and he called it in but they weren't there when we got back. They didn't give us towels after the first day then took too long to get them to us once I called.
I was overall impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Everyone was very accommodating with my needs, Hotel room was spotless, parking was easy, Definitely coming back here. When booking my hotel room I was under the impression the breakfast would be included. When entering the restaurant they wanted to charge $16.00 per person. 0.8 miles away I went to prestige diner for half the cost.
I had reserved a smoking room and was given a non smoking room when I arrived. My whole reason of choosing the Days Inn over others was the availability of smoking rooms.
Everything was good about this hotel no complaints
Stayed for one night, came at 10 pm,checked in for 5 mins. The room was clean,AC was working very good, was even too hot in a room, breakfast was good:apples, bananas, oat meal, toasts, yogurts(was a good choice) Everything was good, little old fashioned but everything worked good
Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Location allowed access to Six Flags Great Adventure via back roads. Price point was high for what was included, particularly given the size of the rooms and minimal amenities. Walls for rooms were thin, I heard the room next door chatting at 2am, and I had to go and ask them to quiet down. Didn't even bother with the pool, it looked incredibly unwelcoming and dated. Included breakfast was mediocre, ended up eating peanut butter and jelly toast, orange juice was watered down, and the breakfast area itself was tight quarters, so it was incredibly congested. The place is motel quality - it is a place you stay a night because you want to get somewhere the next day and you have limited options, it is not a place you stay at for an extended visit.
Beds comfortable and rooms clean. The on site restaurant is excellent! Breakfast was horrible! Staff was rude when we asked why no bread for the visible toasters.
Overall the hotel was clean and presentable. However it did feel a little dated. It was perfect for a one night stay, however I feel it should have cost less. The location was great. It was right off the Turnpike, so it gets extra points for that. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel felt a little dated, but was clean.
Great location to get on / off highway. Just seemed a little on the musty / stale side. Desk tried to be helpful,,Just seemed a little on the musty / stale side. Desk tried to be helpful,
Bed was comfortable. Free wi-fi. Reception was distinctly unfriendly. Our room was set in a block of rooms rented to a high-school field trip group. 15-year old boys are late-night loud, and even a monitor stationed in the hallway couldn't keep the midnight noise levels down. Why didn't the hotel assign "normal" guests rooms away from the crowds of teenagers?
Clean rooms Poor wi-fi, staff was not helpful and beds were very uncomfortable.
Good location, large room. Ants in the room took over my travel bag that had snacks in it and we were on the 2nd floor.Could not get the wifi , just be honest if you have to stand in the lobby to connect.
it was very clean,,, great staff,,,,continental breakfast was good everything was fresh,,,,definitely will use nxt time there---highly recommend and I would like to thank the staff nothing at all
The room size was great, 2 double beds and a sofa bed. There was lots of room to sit. The breakfast that was included in the price was very poor. First morning only 3 bagels and no bread for toast, 2nd morning 4 bagels and still no bread. not much of a selection at all. Also only two bath towels for 2 people.
Friendly evening desk staff. Excellent snow removal. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Big room. Full bath. I found nothing worthy of complaint.
Staff very helpful and polite, hotel very clean and kept up. An overall great experience! No
Quiet clean we didn't see any staff but we didn't require much. No warmth or hospitality. But then we didn't ask for much
Quiet location, comfortable beds, clean Construction was not the best quality, room booked online was not available
Was clean There was not really a breakfast. Very little so if we wanted to eat breakfast then we had to go buy it.
The room and the bathroom were impeccable. Excellent hotel for the price.
I think I'd have to say that it was a tie between the heat and the great shower. Someone had a very loud party past midnight in a room near ours. They were loud and obnoxious.
Price Old and not very clean
Good positioned Hotel (near US-1) and not so far from New Jersey/New Yorck with average level - fine for short stay during travels.
There were actually two things. Convenience and location. No
When we had the heater go out they were quick to replace room Mold on the headboard of bed from leaking sprinkler..dripped on me the first night ..small rooms
Nothing. The rooms are dirty and the carpet smells like animal piss. I used the bedding on the floor just so I wouldn't have to walk on the carpet.
It was available while we were traveling on a holiday weekend. Dirty. Housekeeping even overlooked a previous guest's sock which was on the floor. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom floor needed to be scrubbed as well as the carpets. The bathroom wall had peeling paint and the breakfast was inedible.
easy access to the event I was attending no
Front desk staff was helpful. The room was marginal. The tub had dignificant mold. The covers had cigarette burns & it was a no smoking room. The door locks were flimsy & one was broken.
close to my final destination I reserved a non-smoking room, and the room smelled od stale cigarettes.
What was there to like? I guess the fact that it still is in business, what an accomplishment. 255 characters will not suffice. I'll let the ratings speak on their own.
Had the basic amenities Small dingy room, no refrigerator, no laundry bag. Breakfast started only at 0700 and there were only TWO tables in the breakfast area. By 0700, half the hotel guests were gone - a good way to save breakfast expenses. Bad hotel!! Not recommended!!!!!!!!
Very good for the price. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. The continental breakfast was a little skimpy. All the had were prepackaged muffins and oatmeal and coffee.
I unfortunately booked this for a busy weekend when I didn't have time to really look around the room as I was checking in. I just threw the bags on the bed and raced off to my next event. When my boyfriend and I returned late that evening, we quickly discovered duct tape holding the hose to the shower head. A really sour, stale smelling refrigerator. An incredibly bright light outside pointing right at our window and a terribly uncomfortable mattress. We planned to sleep until 6am, but were both wide awake and unable to get comfortable in the bed at 3:30am. We gave it another hour before we decided to get up, get ready and find a 24-hour diner to pass the time and drink lots of coffee. There was nobody at the desk when I tried to check out. I waited 10 minutes, since a sign on the desk said someone would return within 5 minutes. When that didn't happen, I slipped the room keys into a box next to the desk and left. When I called at 7:30am to tell them that I had left and the room keys were at the desk, the man told me that the desk doesn't open until 7am. So the conflicting signage in the lobby is another strike against this hotel.
