We loved the convenience to the airport, there was also a convenient UPS store right in the hotel. Check in and our was fast and easy and the shuttle to the airport was wonderful. Our issue was that after our stay we got slapped with a smoking fee. They claimed the room smelled so heavily they had to take it out of rotation. The trouble is we didn't smoke in the room. Very dirt and very outdated. Crazy expensive and not up to the Hilton or Doubletree standard. Avoid if possible.

The rate for parking is really too much for guests of the hotel - I don't think there should be an extra rate for parking a car. Hotel rooms are large so that is great, but carpets are getting old and the rooms are not completely pristine clean, more like mostly clean (shower curtain was not super cleaned)...

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room was very dirty. It was clear that the bathroom door had not been cleaned around the handle. The tops of the door trim and mirrors were covered with dust, and under the bed it looked like it had never been vacuumed -- layers of dust. If a person is allergic to dust, I'd recommend to not stay here.

Pros (+) Bedding was very comfortable and the property is beautiful.
Cons (-) The airport shuttles only hold 9 passengers and when we needed the 4:30 a.m. ride and there were 24 people standing there and only one shuttle, we decided that Lyft was our only option. Otherwise the shuttle is prompt and appreciated. The pillows are extremely soft and a firmer option would have been nice, but we made due.
