The staff was super friendly and helpful. The van we rented was infested with tiny roaches. They would crawl on me and the rest of the passengers. This was supppper frustrating especially since we were staying an hour away from the rental location.

Pickup and drop off fast and easy. Personnel was friendly.

Cons:

Prices are pretty high from what's used to be. Overall the experience was good. I always return to Enterprise everytime I have to rent a car.

The man who helped us at pickup was really nice and helpful. He even allowed us to drop the car off at the airport due to us having to wait a little bit because he was helping someone else, which wasn't inconvenient for us. Excellent customer service.

Wait times for pickup are ridiculous, especially after a tiring flight. And by the time you see the representative, your booking has “expired” so you have to do the whole process again, with additional fees. Overall sketchy service
