All the staff was friendly. Only disappointment was we booked 1 night with breakfast. No breakfast, only tiny pack of Hostess donuts. No coffee maker in room but it was available in the small lobby. Looked like the breakfast room might have been under renovation but that didn't help us. Next door is a Cracker Barrel, Hardee's & nearby McDonald's.

Pros (+) Staff was nice. The location was great for the football game and eating.
Cons (-) Had to change rooms. The first room smelled wet and damp. The next rooms wasn’t very clean. The stairways was dirty and stunk.

Pros (+) The night clerk was quite helpful, professional & very accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a finer representative of this corporation .
Cons (-) Handicapped parking inconvenient & difficult to access room. Bathroom NOT disabled friendly.Grab bars in tub all there was. Nothing else provided me with safety or ease of use. Could have rented another, more pleasant regular non accessible room & gotten much more for the money. The only thing that "qualified" this room were a few grab bars in a tub. I did request a wheel in shower. How is a batht...

Pros (+) Staff was pleasant. Rochelle, the breakfast attendant, was extremely friendly and funny.
Cons (-) Pool was dirty. Outdoor seating area was blocked off.

Pros (+) I loved how friendly and helpful the staff was. the rooms were great. and we were just minutes from anything we wanted to do.

Pros (+) Staff was great, very polite and helpful. The pool was great, the room was clean, overall good value for money.
Cons (-) The bath tub wasn't very clean, the bathroom smelled and didn't have an exhaust, the room felt humid.

Pros (+) Staffs were very friendly and professional. Always greeted you with a smile. The king size bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) The ice maker by our room didn't work so we had to go to the other building. And the pillows were very old and not comfy at all.

Pros (+) We stayed here 2 years ago and they have updated since then. The rooms are a lot nicer and updated now. The pool and lounge area were nice. The free breakfast was good.
Cons (-) The floor needed to be mopped. The floor turned the bottoms of our feet black. We also had a weird issue with the card reader on the door not recognizing the cards. It would take several attempts before it would read the card.
