There was an altercation in the lobby between two individuals that was something I dosing care to see only to find out that my room was gonna be adjacent to the same couple. Pros (+) The location was awesome giving us access to more than just the beach. We had our boat and had no issue parking onsite. The hotel had an entertainment area with pool tables and other activities. All in all we were very pleased.

Pros (+) The location wasn't too far from anything. The beach was a nice 20 minute drive along the bay. Downtown was a 10 minute or less drive. The breakfast was good. The staff was really nice and friendly. The lady at the front desk even have us some air freshener b/c the room had a little stuffy smell. We would stay again.
Cons (-) The beds were hard. The double queen beds was more like two full size beds. Although the hotel is on the bay, you can not see it from any of the rooms.

Pros (+) I liked the location and comparatively reasonable rates. Some of the staff were friendly, although most unresponsive to problems incurred.
Cons (-) Waited for a long while to check in (check-in process took 35 minutes+), even after calling for reservations several weeks in advance. The front desk was understaffed, while knowing that it was a big booking day (Blue Angels Performance). When I got to my room, I found obvious urine on the seat of the bathroom stool. Went to the phone to call the front desk, and the phone didn't work. Had to walk ...
