No hot water. Staff walked into room without notice. Tv didn’t work. Roach on floor. Had to move to another room because no hot water. The next morning the new room had no hot water.

There was a roach in our room that went behind the headboard and then was in the bed. There were old French fries on the floor when we got in the room. When we asked to be moved, they insisted there were no other rooms available. I was told, "Its just one bug." Ummmmm no. Pros (+) Good location if you're going to airport early or arriving late from the Pensacola airport.
Cons (-) The front desk clerk gave me the handicap access room and never mentioned it when checking in, the A/C was non functioning in room, the hotel had no guest laundry facility (as every othe Hampton we've stayed at does), the staff told me that Expecia ordered me the handicap room and could only downgrade me with no concessions, $$ or otherwise because they were full . Pros (+) Online Check-in made arrival fast and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and quiet. Location was excellent for access to downtown, and other points of interest. Breakfast is provided but Cracker Barrel, Waffle House and Hardee's are within easy walking distance. Ruby Tuesday is a 2 minute drive away.
