I read reviews that the hotel was clean. That wasn't our experience at all. Upon arrival, there was a dirty sock in the corner of our room., which we promptly threw away. Water leaked from the iron onto the floor. When we wiped up the water, the napkin was black with dirt from the floor. I will say the staff was friendly. The first room they gave me the room smelled musky in the air conditioner was frozen a block of ice. I went back downstairs and they gave me an another room this one the air conditioner worked but I also had a foul odor. The carpet appeared dirty. Pros (+) Staff is incredible, friendly, helpful. Very comfortable stay for people with children. Small kitchen and Full Size fridge in each room.

Pros (+) The staff was nice and responsive. Didn't have any issues.
Cons (-) Only critique is that it's slightly out dated, worn down. It could use some touching up. Nice place though.

Pros (+) The staff was courteous and helpful, the facilities were well kept, and the cost was very nice for the quality of accommodations.
Cons (-) There was a funk I the room. A kind of musty, almost mildew sort of odor. I went nose deaf to it quickly, but if you are prone to respiratory issues (asthma, etc.) you may want to avoid this place.

Pros (+) Close enough to the beach I guess
Cons (-) The receptionist told me they don't empty the trash everyday if he can recall and that I had to go walk to the dumpster to empty it. I said no I don't I bet it sit right outside the door. Beds were never made up each day that we stayed and never replaced with fresh sheets.

Pros (+) Hotel was very nice. Lobby was very clean and greeted as I came in. Has a wonderful bar and bartender was wonderful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Mexican one next door is excellent
Cons (-) They didn't have a good selection for breakfast. The tub in room is a bit narrow and towels need to be updated to bigger ones.

Pros (+) The beds were great and the breakfast bar was ok but the carpet and hotel as an overall needs updating real bad I think they stopped shampooing the carpet and vacuuming the hallways the wallpaper is coming down in some places of the hotel. For the ones saying nicely redone carpets you must work there
Cons (-) One staff member that was rude and unprofessional that worked at night, all I can say is if the door is left open to get coffee where the breakfast bar is or even get a bowl of dried cereal "don't" she will call you out in front of other guests hollering which is totally unprofessional not to be in the breakfast bar area. Pros (+) The bed was nice and firm. It was located close to a couple of different places to eat.
Cons (-) E arrived to discover the pool was closed. There was no dish soap for you to wash your own dishes. The tissue box only had 4 tissues in it when I arrived. The toilet handle had to be held down for all waste to be flushed in one flush. The ac/heater unit had a chunk of wood in it to keep the slats aimed to the room and there was a lot of mold present in the vents. The breakfast was small choice of ...
