Pros (+) The fact that location was only a very short distance from everything including Walmart Ross and a lot more
Cons (-) I found a roach in my room Which tells me that it was not very clean also room service collected my dirty towels and rags but never replaced anything and never even cleaned my room or make the bed up. You had to pay more for a room with microwave and refrigerator and no coffee maker was in room

Cons (-) Very rude staff, broken lock, no available parking spot near room. We had to keep the sofa chair against the door to keep it secured. Awful experience. Very very rude staff.

Cons (-) The hotel in the area is overpriced, (I think), but is it good , have a friendly staff, the room is clean and spacious , close to the NAS in Pensacola FL, this is my second time in the hotel and I have not complain!! Thanks!!

Pros (+) Once I had my room I was able to relax. The check out gentleman was so friendly and talkative. He was great. Sadly I didn’t get his name but he worked May 5 in the morning and was Aftican American
Cons (-) It took 45 minutes. She took my Visa Card and drivers license and then gave me the wrong paperwork to sign. Argued with me that I was Eric O. (someone) even though I am female and told her my name, Daniela Wasem which to me doesn’t sound anything like Erik O. - look at the license lady. Then charged me (Eric’s) room rate of $199 even though I had already paid for my room online. Then argued with m...

Cons (-) They advertise 100% smoke free, that is 100% BS! There was cigarette burns on the table, holes in the comforter, there was even a cigarette burn on the soap holder in the shower. People outside we’re up all hours of the night. My family and I slept in our clothes, didn’t bother taking off our shoes, didn’t bother taking a shower, left as early as we could.
