Cons (-) Valet is $46 / day, internet on lower floor did not work (9th floor). Manager did move me to a higher floor for second night. Ordered food for the room and was told 10-15 min, was closer to 30 and not great.

Cons (-) The parking prices...we didn't rent a car but if we had, the parking per night is pretty pricey (same as any other downtown hotel, though).
