Everything was fine until I return the carPros:I picked the car at airport and was told I could drop it at any of the 2 locations downtown (with a map). What they did not tell me is that those 2 locations are not in business anymore...After searching for a while and calling roaming at my expenses I found 1 new location. Extremely disappointed - Montreal Pierre Elliott TPros:- the car was cleanCons:- I advised the rental office that I was arriving late by calling them. They told me it was fine. When I arrived they gave me a whole story about how I shouldn't pick up the car late. - the rental was in Montreal, Canada (it usually snows quite a bit in December) and there was no snow brush in the rental I had to buy one - windows were always fogged up - I've been driving in winter conditions for 25 years and never had such a bad experienceReviewed Dec 31 2016

Terrible experienceCons:We were quoted one price, when I went to pick up the vehicle it was FIVE times more expensive. I dropped the key off I thought I was paying the inflated price I had been quoted when I picked it up, $305 instead of just over $60. Later that day I received the final bill it was more than $500. It ruined a great trip. NEVER would I recommend Dollar Rental or Kayak!!!!!!!!!!!Reviewed Sep 26 2016
