They gave our vehicle away. The serviceman was rude and refused to help find another vehicle for my family. Other enterprise locations say they aren’t allowed to do so. A complaint will be made.Reviewed Mar 8 2022

Pros:Very Nice Car. Staff at Dorval was very professional friendly and helpsul. With out a doubt this was the best caar rental experience I have had in the past k50 years. Up grade was appreciated. Price for this t rip most reasonable.Cons:No owners guide in car. had to hunt to get the gas fill door open.Reviewed Oct 23 2016

Give your review a headlinePros:We turned the car back early Sunday and when we did not make the flight, the young lady at the kiosk gave us back our car and made the whole thing easy for us just adding the extra day to our existing contract. We truly appreciated her!Reviewed May 3 2016
