No one at counter at 10:55pm. Couldn’t get car. We were not only party. Next morning we were told that they canceled reservation and had no cars available. Talked with hertz in person downtown Montreal. Same story, but added they were short staffed so they couldn’t help us. Thankfully found a car at another company for one way rental.Reviewed Sep 25 2022

We had a reservation for 0800. They had us waiting for more than 2 hours before we can get a car. Not even the one we had booked in the first place. There was about 20-30 others person waiting.. in the same situation. Really bad management problem.Reviewed Jul 6 2022

The initial employee i spoke with was a bit short, cold and rude. I was “an hour early” for pick up and asked given that i had a young child (1 year old) if that was ok, and he responded “not really.” After an international flight with a little one, id hope for more grace and kindness. Otherwise, the car was clean and the gentleman i interacted with upon drop off with very kind and helpful.Reviewed Jun 14 2022
