Horrible experience. I picked car up to a car with no brakes , filthy and no charger installed. I asked to replace car and was told I’m the one who picked an economy car. Rude! Then replaced car had faulty engine and brakes problems but I kept it since it as a hassle for them to replace. Car was also filthy. When I returned the car they told me I had to go vacuum the car from sand that had no foot mat. Rep stated on the paperwork it was 3 mats and was a lie. Only 2 back mats came with car. Only reason I didn’t score it poor is because I survived this death trap!Reviewed May 8 2024

Zero customer service through dollar and kayak both. Basically got screwed out of my rental. So I paid for nothing. Crazy this was my third rental in two weeks through kayak and have many more to rent but will never use your services againReviewed May 6 2024

Until the rental car industry drastically shortens the time from the time one walks up to the rental counter until pickup of the vehicle, I for one will not be happy with the pickup procedure. The return was quick and excellent. I was not aware of understood the breakdown of the final bill.Reviewed May 6 2024

Pricing was alright. Extremely pushy to upsell their insurance and almost made it seem as though if you didnt purchase their insurance that it wouldnt be good enough to rent a vehicle from them. When finally just agreeing to their basic coverage just to get out of there, I asked a lot attendant which vehicle I could take, and they pointed out a specific vehicle (a black hatchback). When i tried to leave with the vehicle, person working at the exit booth acted like I was stealing the vehicle and kept repeating that I can't take this vehicle. After telling them multiple times thats what the lot attendant told me I can take, i reversed the vehicle, put it where they told me. They then said that I could take one of the sedans, then they changed their mind halfway as I was about to start putting stuff in the sedan and told me to take a crappy hyundai sedan.Reviewed May 3 2024
