Cons:They canceled my reservation the same day on me
Pros:After our expirience in nola we figured that there would be some sort of extra payment, but they slapped 50$ of the price because we delivered in pne day before.
Cons:The original price of my reservation was $61.00 for 3 days, but at the end, I paid about $191, even the invoice was for $161.48, is a scam!
Cons:I arrived a few hours after my rental appointment time and was told the rental had been automatically cancelled after two hours. Have never heard of this type of policy and was not informed of the cancellation in any way, so found this very unprofessional. They had no cars so we had to scramble to find one elsewhere. Will not return to this rental location.

Pros:The staff was very friendly and helped me clarifying some doubts I had mainly related to the tolls. Drop-off was easy. The car very comfortable.

Cons:We booked a car for $33.26 per day. When we got to the dollar car rental we were told that they don’t have anything available other then bmw and mercedes. They were much more expensive then what we booked. We just waisted money for uber and didn’t get any car.
Pros:The lady refused to give us our car until we asked for the manager! Terrible service!
