Gave away my carCons:I arrived a few hours after my rental appointment time and was told the rental had been automatically cancelled after two hours. Have never heard of this type of policy and was not informed of the cancellation in any way, so found this very unprofessional. They had no cars so we had to scramble to find one elsewhere. Will not return to this rental location.Reviewed Nov 6 2017

Cons:Checking out the car was a tedious process...more staff are needed at the Collins Ave. site. We were not made aware of the additional $10 charge on our rental charge for tolls until we checked out the car.Reviewed Feb 28 2016
