Pros:Inexpensive, prompt and friendly service at pick up and drop off.
Cons:The car had a strong smell when I got into it.

Pros:Didn't like dollar at all.
Cons:Additional charges at the location. GPS equipments were old and didn't work. Did not provide a free upgrade despite them not having a working GPS. Doesn't seen like they put customer first.

Pros:Staff on drop off was excellent, fast attentive check out and drove us to our hotel down the street.

Cons:The agent at Dollar was rude, we ended up paying over $200 more than the price we got from Kayak.

Cons:The location was disorganized and inefficient. I waited a long time despite the fact that the employees outnumbered the customers. My service rep was reasonably polite but took too long - she had to walk back out to the car a couple of times because she had forgotten to get certain information. The woman at the gate when I exited was very curt. Just an abysmal experience overall.

Cons:There was an extra $13/day charge for my spouse to drive he car. Usually spouses are free and this wasn't advertised or included in any of the information when booking the rental.

Pros:Car was very nice.
Cons:But first car stank of smoke. Had to switch. Guy at counter was totally unpleasant. They wanted to charge us $30 to get a toll unit. We didn’t. Luckily we didn’t have a single toll. Had to wait in line to check car in upon return.
