Cons:BEWARE - You might be lured in with cheaper prices. However, You will need their insurance, which adds to the cost substantially. The one thing you can do ahead of time is to get a letter from your credit card company saying you are covered. That will bring the overall costs down some. As an example of what I mean: I reserved the car for $6.00 per day. Their insurance brought the cost to $32 a day. With a letter saying I was covered, $22 a day. So, yeah, please be ready to pay more than you were expecting. DO NOT CHINCE on the insurance either. The odds of you having a 'mishap' are quite great. People on electric scooters, bikes and mopeds are everywhere! And the vehicle drivers are hyper-aggressive. Driving in Israel is NOT for the faint-hearted. Other than, its great to have a car to explore with...Enjoy!

Cons:When I went there I asked for specific Insurance and the woman that was working there gave me insurance that I didn’t asked for with out my permission . When I came there the last day the guy that was working there told me the amount that she took from my credit and my payment I was shocked because she said she will take the limit not more then my limit in the bank but apparently she took more. I paid for something that I didn’t asked for! I am very very disappointed I’m traveling my friends and family always travels and I won’t recommend them this company !
Pros:Car was ok, as expected.
Cons:Pickup was SOOOO slow. They ended up charging waaay more than advertised online because they said the insurance costs were high. They charged three times what was advertised originally, and the insurance component of the price was like two times the cost of the car. Absurd!

Cons:I have experience in renting cars and specially reading the small letter and other conditions. For this renting says: "it is mandatory to purchase Third Party Property Damage (TPPD) at USD14.00 to USD17.00 per day" When I arrived was really USD 22.00, and also the total rental car changed. Still i rented the car because I was there already with all my bags, plans, etc. This is take advantage in a negative way :S

Cons:Service at the Herzl store. The price was also very missleading. How cone the inrance costas 4 times what I’m paying for the car per day!?
