Pros:Excellent price.
Cons:Pushy to updgrade. Don't put snow tires - want $20 a day to upgrade. Other provinces all weather tires are mandatory. No USB connection in car.

Cons:Terrible, terrible service. The car rental location was located a $50 taxi ride away from the airport. We were told it was 2 km away and that there was a shuttle there. When we arrived at the address, there was no dollar rental car there. They had moved! So we had to find the new location in the cab, spend more money, and then arrive there. When we arrived at the right location, we only saw a sign for Hertz rental car. The man inside was nice enough, and offered to charge another $40 to return the car back to the airport (which was the location we thought we were getting the car from in the first place). Terrible terrible experience. Would NEVER rent from Dollar again.

Kayak booked the wrong vehicle, charged me extra for a smaller vehicle, and had no customer service available on the website for either an email or phone number to call.

Pros:Very responsive, got me sorted out with a car quickly and when I dropped off the car they got me a cab. It was just great. I will be renting from them again.
