Pros:The inside of the car was very clean, the outside was not.. Drop off was very quick and easy.
Cons:Pick up was slow even though the line wasn't very long and they told us our car was in the wrong spot so that slowed us down as we tried to track it down. The car was filthy on the outside but very clean inside. Very nice car for what we needed.

Pros:We were pleasantly surprised by how quick and easy it was to pick up the car and start our trip. They upgraded us from an economy car to a midsize SUV which turned out to be a nice change! Overall I am very happy with our experience at Avis.

Pros:I was worried about this rental until we got there, and then everything ended up Great! People, price, car was all Awesome!
Cons:We had to taxi from the airport because we did not stay all night at the hotel. When I booked didn't realize it was in a hotel just had address. Couldnt always reach them by phone.
