Cons:First of all, we loaded up the car at the airport: luggage, baby seat, stroller, etc. As they scanned us on exit, they said the car was not available to rent. It clearly should not have been in that location if it was not ok to rent. This wasted at least half an hour between loading, unloading, waiting in the line, etc. The drop-off location (at 4:45am) is poorly lit and marked and had a very skeleton staff there. We pulled next to the previous car and then started unloading, only to be told to pull up even further. The rest of the experience was ok and standard rental car nonsense with the upsells, etc.

Cons:They were trying to charge me 300 because of a smell that the car already had when it was picked up. But thank goodness it was waived after all. Not sure what I would have done if they ddidint

Cons:First car had to be given back as system said it should not be rented. Caused 30min delay. Required receipt for gasoline purchased and gas station had to be within 10miles of airport. No list given of gas stations within 10miles. Took longer to get receipt and caused more delay returning car.
