Pros:Ease of pick-up
Cons:I needed to extend and there was confusion. I called the 1 800 phone number and was told that I had to return to the place that I rented the car from. When I got there, the clerk told me that I could have just called the 1- 800 phone number and was shocked to find out what they told me.

Cons:Didn’t say they didn’t use debit cards. Drove all the way there after calling and couldn’t get a rental
I was charged twice. Once for my debit card to reserve the vehicle and charged mu credit card for an uograde. Not happy about the double charges.

Cons:Poor Customer Service, from the time I got to the branch it took me 2.5 hours to actually get in my car and leave. Worst car rental company ever and I will never be renting from this company again.
Pros:The car was ready when I arrived and when I needed to add an extra day it was seem less
Cons:It snowed in Michigan and there was no Snowbrush in the car nor were there any car mats in the car. This is extremely frustrating to try to clean the car off with my bare hands
Cons:There was no sign at the Hertz counter indicating it was also serving Dollar. I called the Dollar Rental help number and they gave me the wrong location. After consulting with the airport help desk, I found out that Dollar was operating out of the Hertz counter, however, there was absolutely no signage indicating this. No mention of it on Kayak, either. When I mentioned it to the desk attendant, she said she thought there was a sign somewhere. Had to stand in line for close to 30 minutes before being served. Car was substandard; windshield was dirty and the wipers didn't work well. Steering seemed loose.
