Cons:Hello, I wanted to rent a car in Naples in Italy and that's what I typed in the search box on kayak and when I went to pick up the car from the airport, they told me that it's in another location. I'm a bit surprised that Kayak would give me a suggestion for booking a rent a car from another location besides the airport. Later I went to the location where I was suppose to pick it up and I noticed that Hertz (Dollar) location was closed for holiday. If they are closed for holiday then why was I able to book it in the first place? So I went back to the airport location and they told me they can transfer the reservation but the rate would be different which even upset me even further cause I paid for something that I wasn't able to get. After arguing with the agent they finally told me that my reservation has actually been canceled. I just don't know how it was possible to get my reservation canceled since they were able to look it up perfectly fine in the beginning and all of a sudden it got canceled. Horrible horrible service and customer service of hertz was absolutely useless.

Pros:Once we finished paperwork and left the lot we were able to do just fine. The car was nice and clean.
Cons:Dollar doesn't have their own counter at Naples. You are essentially renting from the Hertz counter. There's almost no signage indicating this either, so it was a bit difficult to figure out.

Pros:Once we finally found the car rental place (which was a Hertz, not a dollar rental and also not at the address listed in the receipt,) the receptionist was very kind.
Cons:The return was very confusing, finding the airport and the correct location to drop off the car was stressful.
