Seemed like quite a bit of money for the size. We needed to fit 7 people and luggage. It was tight. The employee working the desk was amazing, friendly and helpful.

If the guy who dealt with parking when I returned the car had something more clear to prove that he works for Avis would be good otherwise I doubt if it was a good idea to hand the car keys to that person. Otherwise everything was smooth and really good. Thanks to staff and Avis

The check-in line to get the car was very long. I waited 45 minutes and was lucky because I got in line while my partner got the luggage. The people behind me waited much longer. One man sent his wife to see if it could be faster to get a car from a different company. They did finally add a third person to speed things up a bit. The car was lovely (a Toyota Camry hybrid) and the drop-off was quick and easy. The price was very fair.

All went well. The only issue is that people at Avis Burbank Airport do not pick up the phone or get disconnected. I had to call 5 times to accomplish a rental extension.

Horn didn't work, windshield wipers didn't work. Car suddenly ran out of gas despite saying it had 40 miles left. Agent seemed uninterested in the issues we had.
