I’ve been double billed and there’s been charges on top of currency fluctuations.

Do better. Within hours of pick up & after preregistration where disclosure of personal information was requested, I received a text message that there was not a vehicle available for me. It should be clear that this could happen. I had no back up plan. I wasn’t aware that the registration doesn’t secure the rental.

They had no car! They didn’t even have the reservation. Hopefully I didn’t get charged for it?

Understaffed counter. Long wait for pickup and process takes too long. Charge for full tank of petrol upon return even though it was 3/4 full.
