All good except they charged for fuel service, claiming half-full, although I returned with a full tank. I sent them a copy of my gas purchase receipt and they were good about reversing the charge. But this should never happen.

I pre paid for my rental and had an emergency that made us need to leave two days earlier I still was told that I had to pay for the last two days anyway. I even asked if I could get a credit for the next time I come and they told me no. Very bad way to treat a customer

The pickup process was easy, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. I had no issues with the rental during my entire time with the vehicle. The only hiccup was during drop-off. I’m traveling on government orders and need a receipt for my records. I was told the receipt would be emailed to me, but I’m still waiting to receive it. Other than the delay in receiving the receipt, the overall rental experience was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely consider using this company again.

My flight was significantly delayed into Rize. I sat one the runway for more than 2 hours. This caused me to be delayed 3.5 hours to pick up the car. Apparently with Avis they only hold your reservation for 3 hours after pick up time. I called 30 minutes after that window and was told that my reservation was cancelled and I was charged the full price and if I wanted a car I had to rebook a reservation. Since Avis was the only car rental company functioning from this airport I had saved for this trip for 2 years and flew all the way across the world, i booked another reservation. Because of this I will NEVER book with Avis again under any circumstances and I will tell everyone to do the same.

I rented a car but didn’t pick it up I ordered insurance and I never picked up the car and couldn’t cancel the insurance. I want my money back and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I’m upset and disappointed.
