Cons:Card was declined. I called bank and they advised there is no authorization and I have plenty of available credit. I then went to a competitor and used the same card with no problem.
Pros:Fast check-in, and great car

Cons:Customer service at pickup was TERRIBLE. I was charged an upgrade fee for two levels above the car I reserved, even though they had compacts available, because I was 'more than 2 hours late', which was nowhere specified in my reservation confirmation, and which was not my fault, as my flight was 2 1/2 hours late. I was treated poorly and made to feel like I was a huge burden. It also took over 30 minutes to even be helped at the front desk, even though there was only one person in front of me. At the dropoff location, the people were extremely nice, but the location was really far away from the airport, and that fact was not disclosed ahead of time.

Cons:The location did not have any cars in the face of multiple reservations given how many people were waiting outside the office. They told us cars were being brought from another location and it would be 30 minutes. This was not true. We waited over two hours for a car and would have waited longer if other people hadn’t canceled out of frustration in front of us. It got to the point that people were renting cars from other places on the spot, and canceling this reservation due to poor management. If you look on Google reviews, this location is littered with the same complaint I am describing. This is not a one-off event. I would caution anyone from renting from this location.
Pros:The gas mileage and non-smoking vehicle.
Cons:E-Z pass should be a calculated cost feature when used. Used it once. So know your routes and decide wisely before opting to pay the $21.95 E-Z pass unlimited fee. Also left my pair of sunglasses in the rental car and i was told through customer service that i need to go to their lost and found website and fill out report. They would not give me the number to the car rental place that i rented from, so i could ask if sunglasses found. not good for business via that part. Also i paid triple the amount that Kayak reported to me.
Pros:The staff were wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful.
Cons:The office had moved 2 months ago, but the old location was listed as the place to go for pick up. Fortunately it was walking distance away
