Would be better if I didn’t have to wait 3 hours to get a car that was reserved, the air conditioning worked consistently, and the car didn’t sound like it was falling apart.

It was great but they give me a dirty car but nothing I could do about it. It was clean enough without windshield washer.

Apparently you or they one overbooked by 25 cars so I was out a rental car an hour before im supposed to drive out of town. Never again.

I purchased a premium rental car service from Budget through Kayak. When I arrived at my pick up location, my vehicle was not even on the property. When asked about an ETA I was not given one. I needed a vehicle immediately and the only solution was to use a vehicle that was just dropped off after I was at check in. Luckily the lady working was nice and cleaned the vehicle for me in a very short amount of time. It was not a premium vehicle like i requested and made me have to rearrange my travel plans due to the hour plus long delay. I was not happy.

Pickup and drop off were a breeze and the clerk was friendly and efficient. Found my car easily and was off to my destination within 15 mins from walking up to the counter. Price was so so and the car smelled like weed (and air freshener) but otherwise a great experience.

Car rental process was perfect. Only recommendation is for Kayak to verify confirmation of the vehicle before it sends a confirmation vehicle. The original confirmed vehicle was not available, so we had to make separate accommodations.

The damage waiver waa a little confusing. The rental agency tried to sell me a second policy but I have screen captures to show I had paid your organization for $75k in coverage
