Wait over 1 hr to pickup car, and was forced to pay extra to get a non electric car when I hadn’t reserved an electric car.

I’ve used budget twice in the last month. Everything was fine EXCEPT the pick up experience. The infrastructure and logistics were awful and both times we had to wait 1.5 hours until getting the car.

Getting the car took the guy doing it a bit of time he was going backwards and forwards between computers Not sure if he was new But he was very pleasant and he did apologise but a bit frustrating when you just want to get going Will certainly use you again

There was no cars available even though I booked a car. This happened to about 20 other people in line at 11:30 pm. If there are no cars you shouldn’t provide a confirmation.

Car was not equipped with an adapter to charge it at alternative locations. No one even told me how to put the car in drive and drive it.

We will never use budget at LIH again. This is the second time in a row that the service was beyond poor.

I was unable to rent from Budget when I arrived at the airport having prepaid my full rental for $750 they denied the rental saying it was a credit issue . Insane . Do I went next door and got a much better car for $475 at Enterprise . Budget should not do this to people who book and prepay in advance its just a terrible business model . I will never use them !!
