Bad experience. Told me I can’t rent the car and they are out of cars!

The didn't deliver the car to me because I have a foreign license. I have just moved to the UAE, I can drive my my foreign license for 6 months, but Alamo doesn't deliver the car to a resident who still drives on foreign license. It was 11 PM and I had to find another car. The operator was totally negative and didn't provide any help

I didn't end up renting the car The advertised price was wrong and they wanted me to pay $75 per day for insurance . We just went to the shuttle to the place and had to take a taxi to the airport to rent another car.

My bad experience is based on the additional service charges that made the final price much higher than what was shown on the app, even after I explained that my credit card already had full coverage. Very poor service; I was traveling with my children and four seniors and couldn't make another reservation due to our flight arrival times. I feel they take advantage of the situation to overcharge without a clear explanation

Bad experience Bad care service, Car with over 100,000 miles, with mechanical problems, sat unused for two days and took two days to replace. I don't recommend it.
