Cons:Better car. The car was a piece of garbage

Pros:The car was clean.
Cons:Not taking advantage of new renters. A rental that should have been $125, was over $300. These “fees” were for insurances and add on I thought I needed. Good for Dollar, they made a pretty penny off my ignorance. However, I’ll be renting from someone else from now on; even if it cost a bit more.

Cons:bad weather in Chicago cancelled our flight and delayed they flight we were rebooked onto. We called Dollar. They asked us for the flight # and said someone would stay until out flight arrived. Our flight came in at 2am and Dollar had closed, leaviing no way for us to get our car. When we called them at 2am, they said: come back when we open at 6am. We cancelled our reservation and took a very expensive taxi ride to get to our destination. We will never use Dollar again.

Cons:THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME EVER USING DOLLAR RENTAL. For the compact car, I thought the price was way to high. Also, I reserved and paid for the car with a major credit card online, when I got to the counter I was informed that there was a $200 hold fee. I did not have enough credit on my major card I was told to bring at pick up so I had to use my visa debit card and there was a $500 hold. JUST RIDICULOS!!!

Pros:Price and the quality of the car. Also actually having the vehicle I rented ready. And not getting an “ooops we just let that one go”.
Cons:The washer fluid didn’t work on suv. Other than that y’all did great

Pros:Pluses: a new car with all wheel drive. Very friendly service on the lot
Cons:Counter person wasn’t rude but wasn’t terribly friendly and helpful either. I thought I paid a bit too much for the type of vehicle. It had very stiff suspension and I felt every crack oin the pavement.
