Pros:We had a very easy time picking up and dropping off the car. They were kind (offered us water and maps), quick, thorough, and friendly. It was a great experience.

Pros:I called about 10 AM to advise them I would be about an hour and a half late late picking up the vehicle. Instead of 12 it would be more like 1:30 or 2PM. My paper work said that thy closed at 1 PM however they had decided to close at 12 PM. I asked them if they could stay open until I got there but they would not stay past 1230. Considering that it was a ten day rental I would have thought they would be more accomadating. They weren't and I had no car until Tuesday when I got one from the Enterprize at the airport who provide excellent service and flexibility.
Cons:Their service and restrictive way in which they operate. not customer oriented.
Pros:The convertible that I had reserved was not quite ready, so they gave me a few options. I chose a Luxury car instead...and was not disappointed. Quick In & Out service, loved it!!
