Pros:Dollar was an economical choice for our recent car rental.
Cons:The sunroof on my car suddenly shattered while I was on the freeway (I believe from a rock kicked up from another car), so I had to exchange the car for a new one. The exchange for a new rental car went fairly smoothly, to Dollar's credit. What I am concerned about is how Dollar will handle this situation going forward, since it was a bizarre, random incident and not my fault. I was told that Dollar will file a claim for the damage and I had to fill out a damage report (the same used for at-fault car accidents). While my personal auto insurance will cover this event, I am somewhat disappointed that Dollar seems to be treating it in the same way as other types of accidents.

Pros:The full size car we were assigned was a brand new Camry. Very clean. Short line at pickup and again at return. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:Did not have the car which I wanted. But overall was an easy rental experience.

Cons:Waited too long in line (20-25) minutes while staff was meandering behind the counter. No sense of urgency to help customers.

Pros:I liked everything about the process. The ease of booking my car. No deposit before I picked up the car. The ease of picking up and dropping off the car. The no hassle sales. The price stayed the same as quoted. Sea-Tac employees are phenomenal.

Pros:the lady at the counter offered an upgrade but what i liked was that she was specific in the car make and model and gave us locations of shopping mall outlets.
