Pros:The car was perfectly acceptable.
Cons:The desk employee (who had my contract in his computer for $235), pushed a contract in front of me to sign for almost $400. When I told him this was not the amount I had contracted for, he said that the difference was a deposit and would be refunded when I returned the car. Only when I refused to sign and insisted did he rewrite the contract for the correct amount, $235.26. I wonder how many others they have scammed into almost double the price due to the customer's inattention or failure to speak up.

Pros:The car was reliable
Cons:I was charged for a travel insurance policy that I did not agree to- also returning the car was difficult because the car return location was right off a major highway, with no access to a gas station - then I was charged $ 10.00 a gallon - lastly the windshield had a weird coating that warped when looking out.

Pros:Nice car, good value
Cons:One person at drop-off and two returnees, so process took too long. If I had been in a hurry I would have been in trouble. Plus, standard policy is to prepay for gas, although you can override it with a receipt from a nearby station. Can be a hassle if you are on a tight schedule.

Pros:Nothing. Worst experience.
Cons:I reserved a sedan and the idiot behind the counter try to give me a truck, saying they don't have a car to give even thought I reserved a car. According to that idiot, my reservation means I reserve the price, not the type of car so he can give me a truck without violating the reservation. I guess using this logic, I can get a car even though I reserved a truck for a move! Stay away from this company!

Pros:We had to wait in line for about 25 minutes. The staff gave us an upgrade car.
Cons:The car were in excellent condition we had it for a week. Driving from seattle airport to Vancouver and to the Bainbridge island.

Pros:Car in class promised was ready and available.
Cons:Clerk told me this class of SUVs did not have all wheel drive, which surprised me a little because the point of an SUV I thought was to have 4x4 or all wheel drive. It had just snowed so I wanted an all wheel drive. However price jumped dramatically so I stayed with 2 wheel drive. Clerk asked if I wanted insurance which I politely declined (I never get it since my credit card covers it) then asked me to sign the agreement. Price was 20% higher because he had included roadside assistance in the price, so I asked him to remove it. After I did, the price was as promised. Car wasn't washed due to freezing temps.
