Cons:They didn't have the car I wanted when I arrived. They pushed me to Dollar car rental. Which worked.
Cons:I had requested a small compact car. I was offered an eight passenger minivan, or I could have waited two plus hours for a car in the size that ordered.

Cons:My reservation wasn't held. I spent hours trying to get what I ordered. I had their agents yell at me and argue with me. They did not hold my reservation. I was stuck, for hours. It was an awful experience.
Cons:We were disappointed that the rate quoted to us at the pick up counter was significantly less than what we were ultimately charged. It was deceitful to neglect to tell us about fees and taxes.
