Pros:Staff was friendly.
Cons:Windows were dirty. Shopped online for a good deal and pre-paid on Expedia, but then I had to pay another 160+ for fees that were not mentioned on Expedia. Feel like I got ripped off. When shopping for a good value, it's unfair to be hit with extra unexpected fees.

Pros:Car was clean on outside and some staff very helpful. Good selection.
Cons:Inside windows were very filmy-had to clean twice. Some staff not too friendly. Counter hard to find and Dollar sign at entrance very small. Insurance a little steep.
Pros:loved Ty at checkin and during car return.... so pleasant and she reps Dollar so well... and Patrick our shuttle driver couldn’t be a happier employee..., people like these two should be compensated for their efforts because without them there is no good teview
Pros:A problem free experience and the mini van had plenty of space. It might have been nice if someone had showed us how to work the seats but we figured it out quickly.
Cons:It would have been nice if they had reviewed how to do an express return when we picked up the car as we had to return it at 5 am before the desk was open. Written directions were available though and a fellow traveler helped as he also had not read the directions and had to return to his car for mileage.

Cons:License tags expired, I had to put washer fluid in the car, car was dirty and I had to clean it

Cons:I was not informed that having my wife as a possible driver would double the cost of renting.
Pros:i was going to be charged over double what i was quoted. i know deposits are necessary, but that was exorbitant and also should have been stated when i made the reservation. i had to find other means of transportation as i hadn’t planned for this.

Pros:The staff at both pick up and drop off were very helpful.
Cons:The price was more money than priceline had quoted. On priceline I clicked the option to add my spouse for no charge however when I went to pick up the rental I would have been charged $13 a day on top of the additional expenses. The staff at pick-up was one person, she did a great job but there was quite a backlog. More support for her would have helped the process go quicker.
