Cons:Agent had no power or inclination to correct the situation.
Pros:The car was clean, supervisor who covered the counter was friendly
Cons:Long line at the counter. Waited again for the car. Car was an "upgrade" SUV because they didn't have small sedan I wanted, but wanted a small car for parking and mileage. Car was relatively high mileage, needed a tune up.
Pros:The staff made it easy. The car was perfect size.
Cons:It smelled of cigarettes really bad. And then I also smelled like them. I would have swapped but it was the only suv they had 😫

Cons:Car was dirty water bottle of used water was under the seat and trash car seem to be not cleaned out .
Pros:Again a friendly lady behind the desk, who saw the refund information on my contract and proceeded to refund me no questions asked.
Cons:The "office" in the car return garage was closed. So we had to walk into the airport to use that desk.
Pros:The second car, a Nissan Altima was great. Eventually we convinced customer support to refund the second driver fee for the second week, when the second driver had left.
Cons:The fist car rented at the Richmond VA airport was a tired Camry with a pull to the left. The sales agents could not care less, and are not given any power to help the customer.
Pros:The price, the car clean, everything was easy, excellent service with the staff.

Cons:My flight was delayed past when the Richmond rental desk was scheduled to close at 10pm. I called customer service and spoke with someone who did not work at the branch I was trying to call because that is how it works. He informed me that he had entered my flight information into the reservation, and that the staff would wait for me to land. I arrived at the counter at 1004 pm, and they were closed. There was no phone number to call, or sign that said to go talk to the Hertz desk. It was just a sign that said their normal hours. I walked to the Avis desk and paid $5 less for the same thing.
Pros:Nothing
Cons:Counter was closed and I was told that it will open an hour after my pick up time by the neighboring counter. I then rented from another rental agency.
