Pros:I extended the rental for three more days they will change me 120 AED per day when rate I booked the car with was 60 AED per days

Pros:I have my family with me 3 children . next day had a leak in the tires try to fix it mechanic told me tires are are too old dangerous must be changed ASAP . Car has a light ‘engine service soon’ needs oil . I called me they never return to me . Remote keys didn’t work correctly must press couple times to lock & unlock the car . Very bad experience. I gave it back full of gas & wash it at car wash clean They charged me $76.84 extra . I’m going to dispute that and complain about the car . I wasn’t happy at all .
Cons:They should’ve gave better car . I paid for a good service.

Cons:They only had one person working so it took 40 plus minutes to get my car.

Cons:Car was not ready on time. In voucher is said Full/Full for the gas, which they first didn´t belive. Later I said i prefer to have it fast, but they send it to the gas Station (more than 30 Minuts wating is not acceptable if no customers are there) The 50 AED ariport parking fee are not very transperent in the booking process.

Pros:Pick up was flawless, personnel were easy to work with. This helps after a 20 hour flight.
Cons:Return parking was not well directed, but Our dollar car tenant drove the car to the right spot for me. Very Nice!
