Cons:Paying for Alliance Auto Collision coverage and then budget/payless saying they don't accept any third party coverage and forcing me to pay for theirs. If I didn't pay they were going to hold $1000usd on my card during my rental. I also did not have unlimited mileage. I did not know this until I got to the rental counter.

Pros:The car, the pick up and drop service was v.good.
Cons:The payless (Budget Co.) did charged me so much more than i though i will have to pay. the price of the car on kayak is not final. people have to know that they will pay more fees when they will pick up the car. i had top pay AED50 extra for the payless airport counter. then priceless charged my credit card another AED19.99 extra that i didn't know for what exactly. so please watch out everyone. the prices are very deceiving on Kayak website and especially from the bad company (priceless).

Cons:Payless/Kayak told me to pick up the car in one place, miles away from the airport. I followed the directions, went 45 minutes out of my way to get the car, only to find that it was not there. I then had to go on the phone, where I couldnt get in touch with anyone who seemed to be able to help me, navigated through different people, and eventually was told that the car was BACK at the airport. All in all this fiasco wasted almost all of my first night in Dubai, and I wasn't even offered a refund or discount on my rental. Ridiculous and I wouldn't use them again.

Cons:there were a ton of hidden fees and things not disclosed on the invoice and terms and conditions, to anyone that thinks the price they are paying on line will match what they pay when they go to pick up the car you are gravely mistaken. I would never recommend that you rent a car from this site

Cons:They tried to charge me an extra 50 USD just to drop off in AD when it was clearly included in the original booking, then they added 50 AED for airport pickup when again, the booking was originally front the airport. Basically a load of hidden fees. Borderline scam. And the car was a bit old and dirty.
