Cons:Almost double the quoted price on Kayak. I would not use them again.
Cons:The entire office smelled of urine from the bathroom close to the desk it was almost unbearable! Then with all of the hidden fees, what was supposed to be a $80 rental turned into a $590 rental. I had no choice I needed a car, but I felt hood winked the entire time I had the car.
Pros:Car was clean and worked great. Pickup and drop off were easy.
Cons:Several fees were not included in the kayak quote that we had to pay. They tricked us into paying currency of card instead of Euro. We got that fixed but was quite a hassle. Also had to put a major deposit down since we declined coverage. So there were some surprises.
Pros:They brought the car to the airport for us so we didn't have to go to the yard.
Cons:We paid for a small baby car seat and they had a enfant car seat. We asked for help putting it in and they would not help. One guy said they didn't have insurance to help. The seat was too big and another guy who tried to help suggested we go across to another terminal and rent a baby seat. So I have to walk across the airport after 16 hrs of travel to try and rent another car seat after I had already paid for one.. Very bad service on that end . If they don't have the seats they should not have it available to rent .. How do I get my money back I paid for the seat???
Cons:They charged us about twice the price that Kayak quoted us.
The pick-up was super quick but actually too quck where the attendant didn't walk us around the vehicle to show us noted damage or vehicle features, especially when the cars operate on the opposite side from North America. It wasn't that they were busy, seemed like he wanted to get back to the boys for a smoke. The car was clean and we had no issues. Dropoff was quick and easily accessible
Cons:Could use a ‘test’ area for people to learn how to deal with left-side driving and round-abouts before going out into the real-world driving conditions.
Overall service was good. Really disliked that they are playing the hidden costs game to give a false low cost search result!
Pros:Great car easy on fuel
