Pros:The customer service agent was very aggressive in trying to get me to pay for an EZ pass I did not need. I also declined company insurance and a navigation system. He did not like this and became really rude. I expressed to him that I had insurance with USAA and I have navigation on my phone. He said "fine" and gave me a smaller vehicle after he had said I could get a midsize (I perceived it as retaliation for not getting the add-ones he insisted I paid for). I was willing to pay extra because I needed the space for my luggage. After seeing that he gave me a Kia Soul (smallest vehicle) I did not feel like spending another 30 minutes being talked down to so I simply asked to return the vehicle. He continued to be rude and give me an attitude, but thankfully there are other car rental places at the airport and I was able to rent a vehicle from another company. I will not use this place again. The cheap price is not worth the trouble or stress.

Pros:The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful.
Pros:Easy process of pick-up and return. Cleanliness of the vehicle.
Cons:We didn't like the fact that the vehcle or similiar one advertised was not what we received. Also, it would be helpful to have an attendant familiarize renters with operation of the key features of the vehicle. Additionally, there needs to be directions displayed at the airport for the location of the rentsl car office
Pros:Eay dropoff.
Cons:There was no one at the counter when we arrived at 11:30pm, we knocked on all door,s called and waited but no one showed. Avis counter confirmed they went home early. We had to rent from another agency for a day then return to the airport the following day to get our original rental. The person at the coudrop-off. Very rude and would not believe us that no one was there the night before. So we are out $69 for having to rent another car for a day. After that everything went smoothly.

Cons:Car type was not what I requested, they continually try to push me into upgrading to a bigger one. Maintenance light came on frequently, they told me not to worry about it. Final payment and it up being over $100 over the quote because of hidden fees that they promised we wouldn't be there. Car rental drop off location was quite the walk away from the actual terminal all with no offer of a ride or help with any of the bags at all. Would never use again
Car was in poor condition, vibration at speed, hole in carpet, warning lights on. Staff was friendly and nice.
Pros:Super easy, no waiting, easy drop off, nice people. Great experience.
Cons:I started off only having to pay about $49 for my rental but after all the taxes and extra fees I ended up paying $200 for 1 day
