Over an hour wait to get your car from the time you checked in. Extremely frustrating as this was for a one way reservation to drive to another airport and catch a flight; so we could not wait. Caused me to have to cancel my reservation because of the extreme delay and rent a car from another vendor last minute for a much higher price.Reviewed Jul 7 2024

The rental counter was oversold and lacking 10+ cars the day I picked up. Their only available option was an electric car and definitely not what I reserved in advance. I was driving 3+ hours to take a ferry to an island that didn’t have a charger. They told me the car would fully charge in an hour and that it would be fully charged when I got it (neither of these things was true).Reviewed Sep 28 2023

Pros:This trip was cancelled due to being expose to someone who tested positive for COVID19. I am now quarantining for 10-14 days. I was told this can be cancelled but I have to take up refund with Expedia. I have been on hold for over an hour. I need a direct contact supervisor to help me with a refund. Emilio - Customer Care Team CarRentals.com - ref:_00D61Z8h3._5004NqnnfU:ref, was no help. In fact I responded to her email and she has not replied back to assist me with this matter.Cons:Provide individuals who have the ability and will to assist customers, not pass on to be someone else's issue.Reviewed Mar 8 2021
