Cons:Although rates may be competitive, the rental policy agreements are not well described or obvious. We had rented through Kayak and when we got to the counter, we found out that the policy was restricted to bordering states. Since we were driving to visit my daughter 2 states over, that meant we could not legally use the car. Therefore, we cancelled, got in line for enterprise, made the reservation on-line while waiting in line and got a better price and an upgrade with unrestricted mileage and US geography, Be careful when going through these sites as we almost got into trouble.

Pros:Fast service. They didn't push for extras. They were helpful and they had the car we wanted. The car was well taken care of, clean and ran perfectly.
