Staff were friendly and efficient. Cooked breakfast was very good The dining area, furniture and decor were very badly in need of replacing/redecoration and so were the lounge and bar area

Authentic olde world surroundings, comfortable room, good service. Room was over the central archway to car park, at front of hotel. This was very noisy until the small hours of the morning. Also, hotel is looking a bit in need of some TLC.

The location was very good. The room was small but the picture shown was quiet big.So one should not deceive customers like that.

The bar and lounge area were lovely. Nicely decorated, friendly and inviting. We were quite concerned about the security of the hotel. The door to our room did lock, but you weren't able to put a dead-lock on, and there was a gap around the door, which made it feel a little insecure. One of the windows didn't lock, so we were reluctant to leave any valuables in the room, and when asking how to get back into the hotel in the early hours, after a wedding, we were surprised to be shown a door that is left unlocked at all times, giving access to atleast the bedrooms. The room was ok, but basic. It was clean, but the tv didn't work. This didn't matter too much, as we didn't spend a lot of time in there, but I would expect it to work!

All facilities seems very old and location is a bit far from city.

Good location, room clean, good breakfast I boked a superior double but the room was small with little room to sit anywhere other than on the bed. No reception staff on arrival.

Our reservation was not in the system. They did not give us access to Internet for our booking but we understood that free Internet would be included based on the booking criteria.

Proximity to airport The hotel is terribly maintained. Had to switch rooms twice due to bathroom related maintenance issues. They finally put me in a decent room on the executive lounge, which was OK but even that had its issues. AC was terrible and the spacing between the bathroom sink and faucet was very awkward, making it difficult to effectively wash your hands. All in all a pretty bad hotel. The staff was nice though.

Restaurant way over priced. Not many options for a reasonable, casual meal.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We could only find one working ice machine in the hotel. The bed bugs we encountered weren't very pleasant either.

Easy access to the airport with complimentary shuttle to and from. A nice breakfast included with room price.

Easy to find location from website and is signposted when on the approaching road. Polite friendly staff and clean hotel.

Charged for 2 breakfast but was alone. Should have asked me first before charging.
