Hotel is very difficult when parking
the location and the rooms and the speed of check in nothing
The location couldn't be more central. It's luxury accommodation with top class food and service and all the extras you could imagine Not enough power points/sockets in the room for a modern tech age. The AC unit had mold on it
Pleasant environment, very nice location, friendly staff and spacious clean and luxurious room. The bed was too soft and streetnoise from nightlife
Breakfast was wonderful Staff (especially Tommy on front desk) were very helpful Location Handicap room, which was not suited for others with low and very small sink. Shower type assured water to go over the floor.
The staff were fantastic and the location perfect for some city shopping and exlporing the city The quality of room service food to cost was not the best
concierge recommendations great breakfast Very small room with minimal closet space and walking space and a step down to get to the bathroom Had larger room for less money on my 5 previous stays here
Staff were very attentive in all areas reception, restaurant, etc
Efficiency and friendliness of the staff; well-appointed, comfortable, clean room.
Location was excellent
The central position of the hotel and also the overall excellent quality made for a very good short break.
Great location, very pleasant staff, spacious room (especially by European standards). Very nice hotel. Nitpick: bathroom could have used a little updating.
it was so central
Nice room and bathroom, excellent location, friendly staff, efficient bussiness center Too small double-bed for a five stars hotel, overpriced breakfast
The location was great and the staff was very nice. For $385 per night the room was small, the bathrooms were quirky and bfast should be included...
Friendly staff and peace and quiet
This hotel is in a terrific Dublin location. Everything is convenient from St Stephen's Green. The hotel is luxurious and well-appointed with many nice details. I did not eat there, so cannot speak to the restaurant side of the deal. The rooms are a little small but nicely finished and the heated bathroom floor and loaner umbrellas were fabulous touches. I was amazed that the room is small - on a par with a London hotel perhaps of similar class. The only quibble I noticed was the quality of the built-in closet in my room. The doors were of poor quality material and didn't quite close accurately on their hinges. A small gripe for an otherwise thoroughly enjoyable stay.
we loved our bedroom, good size and beautiful decor;also it was warm and quiet and comfortable When sitting in the restaurant there was quite a breeze coming up from the lobby and we felt cold
Great location. Comfortable. Great staff.
Location was great, just off the main street (Grafton). Shower pressure was amazing. Staff very attentive. Rooms are smallish when compared to the Fitzwilliam in Belfast. This might be the average room size for this type of room in Dublin.
Can't beat the excellent location on St. Stephen's Green and Grafton Street. Staff is very professional and efficient. Rooms are nicely appointed, if a little small for two adults. Breakfast was excellent with great and friendly service. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to my friends. Rooms are small and awkward space for two adults.
The staff and customer service was superb. We had a problem with our room and it was sorted instantly with complimentary wine and chocs, etc Try to avoid a room on the sixth floor as there is some noise from the ventilation/heating systems on the roof in the rooms
The location and the staff were excellent. The stereo does not work with current I-Pods.
The bed was perhaps the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. In the evening, I had a bath and the water was not as hot as I would have liked for a bath.
great comfort, great staff room a bit small
the staff, very very nice an helpful i liked everything
The location is perfect and the exercise room is terrific with lots of options available on a nice array of equipment. Staff are friendly and the rooms comfortable & spacious. They also had our room ready when we arrived at 7:00 AM! Very nice for the weary traveler. Overall it's a classy, comfortable and nice experience. Our room was located on an alley side of the hotel but near O'Connell St. so we had no view at all and noise from buses and vehicles in the morning.
The hotel is perfect in everyway. Fabulous central location. Staff very helpful and friendly. the Mint bar and staff was great. Can't wait to return.
The location The receptionist.
Location was ideal for tourists, gym was adequate and 24 hours, staff was friendly Rooms were cramped and needed more cleaning detail attention (slight mold in grout of shower), smaller bedsizes in rooms should be more clearly advertised when booking.
The quality of the room was excellent The in-room dining was not quite what I expected from the menu
Pure luxury of rooms, friendly and efficient staff, really relaxing experience, can't wait to go back!
easy access to grafton st poor choice menu for vegetarians
We stay at hotels regularly in Dublin and were pleasantly surprised to find such delightful staff, lovely room and excellent service. I didn't realise the Atrium existed, a great place to meet friends either for lunch or an early evening drink.
Friendly staff. Clean rooms.
The James Joyce Suite was beautiful, so well appointed and comfortable. Very pleasant and professional staff. All-day breakfast was very nice. So central for anything in Dublin City. Highly recommended . Very high standards overall and good value for your money. No, it does give what the profile says.
Being in Temple Bar, noise on street till 4... Not really a hotel, just 4 suites.. And Shower not working.. Not good enough at that money!
The hotel room had been well renovated and was very comfortable and accessible. I would have like cooling options like air conditioning or a fan and a few hair products.
Location was perfect-close to everything, Well appointed room with all amenities well thought out. Staff was very friendly. Sound proof windows. Very spacious.and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The bathroom door was glass and only part was frosted which was a bit strange.
Excellent location.. brilliant interiors.. Friendly staff.. Lovely facilities..
Room was fab... Amazing!! Oscar Wild Suite! Complimentary wine, biscults, chocolate & the regular tea/coffee making facilities! Very central. No staff there at any time (No foyer) - this did suit us but I could see how others might find it irritating if they needed assistance etc!
The W.B.Yeats Suite was beautiful and very well decorated, it was luxury home from home. The Wifi was fast and free. Very good value and superb location in the Centre of Dublin City. Sound proof windows work well also. All day breakfast was excellent . Highly recommended
big and clean rooms, good location. Very limited hot water in wash basin. The rooms are located near the night club so it's noisy during the night.
Excellent location, lovely suite. Really comfortable bed. Perfect
the room was clean and pleasant. The hotel was hard to get to, gated doors etc. This hotel was also above a sex shop and managed by its workers. There was no one around to seek help. This should not be classified as a 5 star hotel. This is just a clean apartment with sex dvds available.
Location was great. Despite the construction things were quiet but it was just a few minutes walk to all the key areas of city-center Dublin. The staff were courteous and very helpful in setting up a prompt can for an early morning flight. As may be expected in a chain hotel in a big city the staff were not local and did not have a lot of first had recommendations for places to eat or estimated times it would take to walk places.
Cheap and good location Lost my phone in the lift shaft and the hotel didn't have any access to it.
English: If you like hotels in the heart of the city, in big busy noise street, this is a good locations hotel. Is a 2 star hotel not 4. The room is small, smells like cigarettes and has a bad heater. There's noting of luxury is the room. It's not worth the value.
Location Only one large towel and one face towel were placed in the room
3rd floor outlook on to market traders yard was disgusting.we actually saw traders urinating a few times.this should be looked at by the management.
The location is fantastic, very close to everything because it was just off O'Connell St. No.
Clean comfortable rooms Parking was kind of a pain
Good price for location, close to city centre, helpful and friendly staff
The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfeast very goog.
location.. good to get anywhere!
The location of the hotel was excellent. Staff were friendly too. Price didn't include breakfast
Enjoyed proximity to shopping, and public transportation. We especially enjoyed breakfast buffet - which was part of our package. The staff was helpful and gracious. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. While we are "an almost mature couple" and enjoy being close to the nightlife - the proximity to all of the nighttime crowds and related noise was a bit disconcerting and noisy. While we advised staff that our phone was out - which made it difficult to contact our family in other rooms - couldn't seem to get it correct within our 3 night stay.
Sense of confusion at frnt desk, peoblem with separation of smoking from dining areas.
The Morgan is very central, located very close to the River Liffe (which is you are not familiar with Dublin, is a great help to navigating) - and close to a good selection of bars, cafes, restaurants and Trinity College and the Cathederals. The rooms very quite modern and stylised (which in terms of the sofas / chairs replaces any comfort) - but large and clean. The front rooms of the Hotel overlook quite a busy street (particularly at 2am on a Saturday night) and can be a little noisy. Our room card keys didnt work initially, and there was quite a long wait to have these changed as the reception desk gets very busy.
The Decor of the Bedroom. The room was hot and a little noisy.
the bed was lovely, big soft & very very comfortable! room was a little cramped (but lots of character). grouting in bathroom a little dirty and/or discoloured.
location was excellent, staff good. room small, shower leaking
No air or ventilation in the room. Hot as hell and when you open the window for air it's like being in a night club until 3 am
Location was brilliant and great value for money. Was a little nosy at nights but what else do you expect from being in the middle of Temple Bar?! Already planning next trip and will definately be staying at The Morgan.
The staff was extremely helpful and prompt. The room was extremely comfortable and the onlone access was very convenient, as my wireless became disabled. The location was tops, and I wil stay here again. One detail, I have not yet received my bill by email, and it has been 5 days.
The room was lovely. The several live bands every Friday-Sunday night in the neighborhood might as well be in your bedroom. If you like drums, loud choruses, and bass guitars, then all will seem fine. Really a shame for an otherwise pleasant hotel
Great location and nice room. Shower was a little compact.
We chose this hotel to surprise a friend who was getting married. as she was also staying at the hotel the night before we needed some assistance to avoid bumping into each other and spoiling the surprise for the next day.the manager len was amazing. his pride in the hotel was obvious and his willingness to assist in any way possible was the best customer service I have ever had.
A clean modern hotel, ideally positioned to explore Dublin. 25 minute taxi ride from the airport (approx 30 euro). Comfortable, well equipped room. Extensive buffet breakfast.
The facilities in the room were excellent and the staff were very professional and unintrusive. E10.00 per day charge for car park; although this was waivered due to us being misinformed about early breakfast options.
The room was very comfortable with an amazing bath and separate shower. The room had a flat screen TV with a good range of channels. We had dinner in the restaurant on the Saturday evening which was very pleasant. The breakfast was not included in the price which was fine, and we paid for separately, however - there was no price choice to either have a continental or buffet. I had the works but my mum only had a crossoint and a cup of tea which still cost 25euros.
Centrally located, pleasant staff and an extremely good breakfast to statrt the day did it for me. No
I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Blu. The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful with a nice pub on-site with great food! I highly recommend it!
The room Poor service. Bad dining experience
Near city center but in a very quiet location. staff is efficient and polite. Breakfest is superb although an expensive one.
Fantastic modern hotel, stayed at other Radisson sas hotels and always good. Know what you are going to get. Service in bar area on Sunday afternoon wasn't great. Sat waiting for 20 minutes for a drink (with no nuts)!! Wasn't even busy.
Ideal location and the facilities in the room were very good.
The hotel could not have been better. Clean, stylish, peaceful, great breakfast selection, very comfortable indeed. I loved the location too. Close to a wide variety of restaurants, use of a gym nearby and within walking distance of all the sights. I would definitely choose it again.
It was very central for Dublin. We were given a free upgrade to Business class - the room was superb. The restaurant was very good and to a good standard. Staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel has a business feel to it which may put off families with younger children. It was very good but as i am a discerning diner i did send back the venison which was tough and i did send back the wine and exchanged it for a more expensive. The Syrah was not good quality so i asked for a St. Emilion which was much better. The staff were excellent though in catering for my needs. The aircon and heating did not work in our room but this was promptly attended to by the maintenance dept and repaired.
The location, the staff (Mags and Liz!), the BIB bathroom and the large size of our triple room. The beds and pillows were not especially comfortable. The food could have been better......
Rooms were of good size, very clean and even though in a lively area of Dublin near many nightclubs they were very well insulated and quiet. Nothing. It was a good experience all round
Excellent location, good character bed not very comfortable, bathroom not very updated, couldn't control hot and cold in the shower
Location is very central to the City Center. It allows an easy walk to most of the main tourist sites in the area. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The attached restaurant is good. The rooms are rather small and there is a lot of mechanical noise from equipment in the alley behind and next to the building. The walls are very thin so you hear a lot from the adjoining rooms, particularly when someone has come back late from the pubs and is rather boisterous.
Ground floor bar and entertainment. Great breakfast. Excellant location for visiting Dublin
barpub below with live music everyday is fun room is very simple, water (cold/warm) was not good to wash .
I loved the location, I was able to get to see everything I intended to. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was charming. I utilized the wifi and never had any problems. They had entertainment and food available on premises which is very convienent. I would stay there again. The music/dancing/dinner show in the evening was fantastic but a little over my budget. And my seat wasn't very good to see much of the show.
It has a good atmosphere and is is ideally located. Poor views from most rooms.
Location Being downtown it was a little noisy.
The staff were most helpful and went the extra mile when I couldn't get the printer to work to print my boarding pass. It was a fake out because it looks like it is coin operated but it all goes on your credit card. Posted information would have been nice. Great location. The two nights we were there a band was playing loudly in the bar. We were on the top floor and could still hear the them most clearly. The beds were pretty hard. The shower was a problem. The head wouldn't stay up but would ship to the bottom of the post it was on. That made it waist high on me. The temperature and volume on the shower came and went in spits and spurts.
Good location for our needs ( site seeing in and around the City; easy to walk to nite spots; felt safe and secure; lots of pubs and restaurants nearby), staff always helpful, noisy late at night - not a problem to us - transport to and from airport readily available from the hotel or public close at hand. No complaints
Comfortable,Warm , Desk Staff excellent, Dining Room All staff Excellent but a Special mention for Carmel who always has a welcoming smile and can't do enough for you ****
Bartender Rooms way too small; poor quality of linens and blankets
Staff all very friendly and helpful, comfortable bed and nicely appointed room, great location A minor quibble - there is no celebratory sparkling wine on the wine list under 100 Euro unless you like Prosecco which we find too sweet. Surely an Antipodean methode champenois or drier style cava could be added to the wine list?
Location, decor Very small standard room, but to be expected in larger city
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room were clean and very well maintained.
Brooks is a beautiful hotel in central Dublin. We walked to Dublin castle and business. There's tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. We also walked to Kilmainen gaol, but we took the bus back. We were on the street side but it was quiet at night. Beautiful older hotel with modern amenities!
Excellent staff so friendly and with great attention to details. Twin room very spacious and clean with every convenience. Exceptional breakfast great choice and plentiful. Nothing
I loved the television that was in the wall at the end of the bath. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly.
Reception is so kind.
Friendly staff, comfortable room, good restaurant
Very good restaurant, pleasant bar.
Location and Staff Expensive Breakfast
The hotel is located in central Dublin and within walking distance of Trinity College as well as the National Museum. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We got in very early and there is a lounge downstairs with internet, couches, etc. They brought us a tray with tea and coffee which was lovely! I would highly recommend this hotel.
Central location. Helpful staff. Reasonable rates. Quiet area of Dublin Slightly gloomy decor - mood lighting in bedroom and public areas - would have liked some brighter lighting in bedroom
No air conditioning. Very hot at night
I was looking forward to my stay in the hotel after looking at the pictures on the website. It turned out to be a very beautiful and relaxing place to stay. The restaurant food was delicious!!! I have no complaints!
Good location for shopping and Landsdowne Rd
Loved everything! Very comfortable. Great location! Staff & service in the hotel & restaurant were very attentive, pleasant, & just all around wonderful! Not being able to adjust the air in my room... I'm always cool by nature. Extra blankets were provided!
Location was convenient and pub was vibrant Construction noise was extremely loud.
The purple lobby and hallways are rather awesome. The breakfast set up is well done. Garish, uncomfortable rooms located directly over a firestation where a fire engine runs 24/7. On a busy weekend, sirens go off regularly, pigeons fly in the window if you ppem it and the staff are harried.
Comfortable city hotel with interesting decor. Better lighting in the rooms for reading.
lovely breakfast, nice room, location was good. no complaints at all. the temperature too warm
Location was good, staff was friendly. Our room was dissappointing. Got a Deluxe room. No air conditioning so we had to open window. Very noisy being on the street. Room was small, bathroom was small and not very nice.
We stayed in one of the Georgian sweets which unfortunately didn't have an elevator but the concierge was amazing, from bringing out bags up to valeting the car to calling a cab for us to go enjoy the city. Beautiful room very comfortable bed and huge bathroom. The only negative I would say was the service in the bar. We stopped in upon arrival to grab a quick bite to eat which did not end up being quick. It seemed like the staff was more interested in talking to eachother than helping us, and when I finally flagged the bartender down he asked us if we were in a hurry, not the kind of service you would expect from a hotel of this status. On the up side the food and drinks were great and we just opted for room service for dinner.
Location was great--close enough to walk to Temple Bar, Trinity College and many other points of interest. Staff was very helpful--upgraded our room without any trouble when we expressed our disappointment in our "superior" room. Breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful and the one dinner we had there was very good.
The room was of generous size, quiet and had all convenient provisions. It seemed as though e erything was thought of abd provided for in the room for an undisturbed stay. The reception was a bit under-staffed
Great Location. Extremely Friendly and helpful staff. Clean.
Staff went above and beyond to be helpful. N/a
We were staying 2 nights in Dublin and it was perfect. Good location, modern and I liked the big room. I didn't like the room's decoration in purples but it is my opinion. And I didn't like also the light in the room, it was poor.
When I arrived, I was shown to a very small room, clearly the worst in the hotel, with barely room to walk around the bed and a view of the air con system outside. However, when I immediately complained, I was given I more suitable room within ten minutes. The service was exemplary. The staff were very, very, good, and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was nice, as was my antipasto platter I had in the bar before the gig. I think that the lack of coffee machine in the room is a big drawback. I've stayed in many hotels of this price range, and I think that a Nespresso machine or something like that is important, considering the price of the rooms. I like to have coffee before I see anybody, and that includes the room service waiter. The quality of the room service coffee was not acceptable, either. Also, the selection of toiletries was inadequate and not up to the standard of other similar hotels we've stayed in. Inchydoney, Cliff house hotel in ardmore, The Westbury, all similar prices, all have more facilities in the room, decent toiletries, and a coffee machine. I'm afraid I will not be recommending the CLarence, I prefer the Westbury ~in Dublin.
The bed was comfortable and the fridge was a nice bonus. Check-in is kind of late in my opinion. Travelers with early arrival flights have to wait a long time before they can have access to their room. Also, the location while nice, is a burden i.e. noisy at night.
Everything was just perfect. The staff were all friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A refreshing place to stay We had to leave!
Beautiful room and the food in the restaurant was excellent , staff attentive. The location is perfect to see Dublin. No dressing gowns in room and no tea/coffee in room although there is a 24 hr room service.
The location is absolutely fantastic. The room was HOT! The hotel does not have A/C. We stayed once before in November and did not notice there wasn't A/C then. In fact we were excited to stay again at this hotel because our first experience was so good. Our most recent trip was in June and the room was very hot even though it wasn't hot outside. We opened the windows, but it was very loud outside and the cigarette smoke and food smells from the bar below were unbearable. The hotel does warn that it's loud because of it's location if you open the windows. The hotel should invest in the mobile A/C units that cost about $800 each. It would be well worth it for summer months.
The location and the rooms were very good. The staff were very friendly. The workout facilities were limited.
The positioning of the hotel was quite good I was quite dissapointed by the Clarence. I am glad I only paid a reduced rate for the room, it was very noisy all night (due to a constant hum from the nearby boiler) The window had to be open as the room was stifling! A fan was provided but obviously the noise from the fan was not conducive to a good nights sleep!
No nonsense good service. Very good restaurant for both dinner and breakfast.
The quality of the room design, materials, decorations, are all first-rate and comfortable. The service from check-in to delivering a requested U.S. to British Standard wall transformer was splendid. We had a late arrival into the city, dinner with friends, and just less than 3 hours stay in the hotel before our taxi arrived for a pre-dawn flight home. Would have enjoyed staying for a while.
The rooms and facilities are great. The service is highly professional and courteous. Right next to a small cafe if you want breakfast but don't want to dole out the 10-15 euro for the hotel's. Stay was overall very good. You are still in downtown Dublin, though, so keep in mind that while closed windows help greatly, there are still lots of people partying just outside in the adjacent bar/club.
The hotel is in a great location where everything happens. For young couples that like to stay out late this is really great. The service is great. The rooms are not very spacious, and we paid a big price while the view from the window was not on the street but inside square of the hotel so our window faced other hotel rooms windows. You would expect to get a better view in a suite.
The location on the Quay and just backing onto Temple Bar (so it isn't too noisy either), the nicely done refurbishing of the original arts and crafts design/style including the wood panelling, the Octagon Bar and the Tea Room were all highlights. Very good bed linens, and comfortable bed and pillows. The Clarence has a bit of 'cool factor' about it too which never hurts! We were a bit disappointed in the room decor, which was rather uninteresting, and even Ikea-ish which for us is definitely not a plus. Blonde wood furniture in an otherwise darker wood arts and crafts movement sensibility seemed odd. Rooms were very bland and smallish which isn't surprising in an older hotel of course.
Proximity to city centre. Parking is expensive in the city centre.
I've stayed there a few times, things happen efficiently, always consistent.
Good, helpful staff
Poor quality of service at reception
Staff was great. Arrived early in the morning and they had my room available for early check in. Breakfast was included and very good. Location was great and room clean and spacious. None
The friendliness of the staff was a big plus in the hotel's favour. The room was pleasantly furnished and the location was great for trips into Dublin city. We had a twin room booked at a rate of €79 per night for the room, but learned that the usual rate (especially at weekends) is at least €200 per person sharing. Whilst the hotel is very nice, it is not a luxury hotel and such prices are outrageous. I would not have stayed there for that price.
the room was large and in good taste, breakfast ok. A most dull, uninteresting hotel. there is no effort on the part of anybody to make this hotel a lived in place! the same fault as in the other two O Callaghan Hotels I stayed in. Staff is most uninvolved and uncaring.
Great location in the centre of the city. The room was lovely with a nice big bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Parts of the hotle were very cold and breakfast ended very early on a Sunday
Clean, roomy room and convenient location to City Center tourist attractions.
The staff was most helpful. The location in Dublin was great for touring and ease of use. The rooms were very nice. Lovely bathrooms. Breakfast was pricey for food offered.
Breakfast was wayyyyy to expensive for what there was on offer. It would be better to have a separate price for just the continental (jams, toast, fruit, etc).
Location to the main shopping area in the city.
The location was very good for access to the city The rooms were tired and could do wirh a refurbishment
Atmosphere very relaxed, staff very nice and helpful
Front desk staff always seemed busy giving tourist info to guests ahead of me. Weird how you must pass the desk to get to your room. Felt like you are passing a panel of judges, though theyvare friendly. I think they should have an irish accented greeter because the staff here sounded like any nice hotel in san francisco where I am from.
The central location and the security arrangements. The man inside and the swipe card entry to the inner part of the hotel itself The hotel looks a little tired and needs painting in parts
booked a double room for one night.very basic. not worth the money paid. mildew in bathroom.dirty soap holders. poor lighting in room. hall light coming through door space between door and doorjam.wall could do with painting. also would be nice if hotel validated full price of car parking.never stayed at hotel where had to pay to park there!
The location was excellent, security was very good and the café downstairs had very fresh, tasty food. There was half-price parking at the adjoining Carpark, although Jury's don't own it. The lighting in the room is soo dull and I actually couldn't see to get things out of my bag it was so dark, eventhough my bag was under one of the 'lights'!! Ridiculous. Also, the house staff were extremely pushy and rude on the morning of our departure as at 11:50am, they were knocking at the door to remind us that we were to leave at 12noon. Then again at 11:55am, another knock came to 'remind' us, we were obviously packing the last of our things and were not impressed at all with this nonsense and rudeness. Were they running around alll the occupied rooms knocking and checking in the final minutes of their stay just to 'remind' them of something they knew anyway? Most annoying and a little infuriating.
breakfast was lovely
perfect location in the city , clean and very helpful and friendly staff
its location the toilet door had no stopper which was very annoying as the door would not stay open by itself. Room 413
very average hotel, good that on w/end break no time to spend in hotel, but location is very good before changed room, window didn't shut, noisey with traffic on front and curtain rail fell down, rooms looking dated, 50 euros would be reasonable value
It was convient for a gig in the Olympia The staff were not one bit friendly or efficent.
Cleanliness Street noise and sarcastic security staff.
The staff was friendly and had nice scones and tea in the lobby. The wake up call was a little late, so set a back up alarm just in case.
I was a little hesitant on getting a hotel in Temple Bar - it's a noisy pub crawl neighborhood, but that all went away when I stepped inside. It's on the far end of Temple Bar, near O'Connel Street, but that means it's central to everything. I was able to drop off my luggage early so I could explore Dublin for the day. I also got upgraded from a single room to a double with no extra charge. Room was quiet - during the day you could occasionally here slot machines outside the window, but I can't complain. Never heard the bar crowd. Great facilities, never got to check out the pool or breakfast but I'm sure they're both wonderful. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dublin, for either business or leisure.
