Pros:
Pickup and drop off was good. Staff kept trying to up sale the insurance. Even after I declined he wouldn't let it go. Had another option been nearby I would have declined their service.Cons:

Small Budget facility. In and out quickly. The shuttle was quick both ways and close to the airport. Not one of the airport car rental places though.4.0 Mediocre

The place was closed and the contact number went unanswered. I had to find a hotel and pick up another vehicle the next day. No where in the booking process was I advised that they closed at 9PM.10.0 Wonderful

Because of some new policy they just instated I was forced to take a $350 Uber ride 4hrs because my Business Card did not have my name on it and they couldn't verify I worked for the company that made the reservation. What a joke, I was wearing a damn company shirt with 9k worth of product with the company logo plastered all over 60 boxes. I will advise my company (who rents 4-6 vehicles every weekend) to rent elsewhere.National

The pick up and drop off was very smooth.Cons:
The light to the menu for music, maps, phone, media etc Burned out when I was still 6 1/2 hours away from home. Without a light I had no back up camera nor could I see who was calling unless I took my eyes off the road and looked at my phone. I did not know where the Spotify was playing or iTunes unless I looked at my phone and I had to find my own way home from San Antonio by looking at my phone because I couldn’t look at the car screen8.0 Very good
