Pros: The staff was kind and extremely helpful.
Cons: The car, a Ford, did not have quality seat adjustments. The car seat was unable to be adjusted to a more upright position to support my shoulders and head while driving. The highest setting was still reclined. Very uncomfortable and unsafe.
Cons: After making the online reservation, I called to confirm my pick up time. I was told that there were no available cars. He said that you can make a reservation anytime online but that doesn't mean that they have cars. They also could not tell me when a car would be available. I will never rent with Enterprise again.

Pros: absolutely nothing
Cons: Not getting to rent a car.
After reserving a car with a debit card, I was informed I could not use that to rent the car. I was then stuck 30 minutes from the airport and at least 45 minutes from my final destination with no way to get to either place. When I told the young man I needed to find a way to my destination or the airport, he tried to give me directions.
While I sat there trying to figure out how to return to the airport to get a ride from a shuttle or something, he went in the back to avoid and ignore me.
When I asked about public transportation, he did look up and tell me about the train and offered to call a cab for me. I had spent $50 to get to enterprise - never having been to Atlanta, I didn't realize the distance between the airport and Enterprise - and I wasn't paying more unnecessary money on a cab. I told him I would walk. A regional sales person heard me and took pity on me she offered to drive me there.

Cons: La falta de conocimiento de la atencion telefonica. Quise devolver el automóvil el Sabado desde las 4 pm y no habia ningún lugar abierto
Por teléfono me fijeron w hsbia un box para dejar las llaves(no habia). Llamamos nuevamente y me dieron una dirección q no existía. Tuve que devolverlo el Domingo

Generate Correct Rental Agreement
Pros: We drove to Sandy Springs for the rental value. We had issues getting the correct rental agreement. We had to ask three times to get the correct agreement. Not all points discussed were on the agreement. Luckily things worked out in the end after some worry.
Cons: Generate and distribute the correct/updated rental agreement.
Cons: My pick up time was at 3 pm and this location closed at 3pm too. My reservation should of not allowed me to select 3pm as a pick time. Not sure if the web had the correct business hours for this location
