KAYAK

Cons:

Enterprise called me a day before and told me they had to canceled my car as they had high demand for the Holiday and they did not had the car that I reserved many days ago. They told me they couldn’t do anything that put me on a waiting list to see what day they could have a car available.!

Pros:

The Bluetooth.

Cons:

Customer service was terrible. My appointment was for 4pm, no one was in the office till 420pm. It was dirty when we picked it up. It wasn’t what we wanted. Very dissatisfied with the whole thing. I’ll never use Avis again.

Cons:

a lot. First off, Google and Apple Maps had a hard time finding the location, it was showing it in a different location than it was. When I called, the lady was rude and not very helpful. When I showed up she was short and not very friendly. The car was dirty, scratched, dented, etc. Dropoff was easy (hopefully I did it right). Parked and filled out the form and dropped it in the box.

Pros:

Staff were good and drop off was very easy.

Cons:

We rented a 7 passenger SUV I thought we would have more room for passengers and luggage. The front was very comfortable.
